Privacy and Data Protection
Thank you for visiting our website and your interest in our club. The protection of your personal data is important to us and we want you to feel safe when visiting our website.
In the following, we explain what information we collect during your visit to our website and how it is used.
Personal Data
Personal data is individual information about personal or factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person. This includes information such as your real name, your address, your telephone number and your date of birth. Information that is not directly associated with your real identity – such as favorite websites or the number of users of a page – is not personal data.
Collection and processing of personal data
When you visit our websites, our web servers temporarily store the connection data of the requesting computer, the websites you visit on our site, the date and duration of the visit, the identification data of the browser and operating system type used and the Website from which you visit us. Additional personal information such as your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address is not recorded unless you provide this information voluntarily, e.g. as part of a registration, a survey, a competition, to implement a contract or a request for information.
Use and Disclosure of Personal Data
We use the personal data you provide exclusively for the purpose of technical administration of the website and to fulfill your wishes and requirements, i.e., usually to process the contract concluded with you or to answer your inquiry.
We only use this data for product-related surveys and marketing purposes if you have previously given us your consent or if you – insofar as this is required by law – have not lodged an objection.
Your personal data will not be passed on, sold or otherwise transmitted to third parties unless this is necessary for the purpose of processing the contract or you have given your express consent. For example, it may be necessary for us to pass on your address and order data to our suppliers when ordering products.
Use of cookies
We generally do not use cookies on our websites. So-called session cookies, which store data for technical session control in the memory of your browser, are only used in exceptional cases. This data is not personal and will be deleted at the latest when you close your browser.
If, exceptionally, we also have to store personal data in a cookie, we will obtain your express consent in advance. Furthermore, we would like to point out that browsers usually have functions for managing cookies.
Security
We take all necessary technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data from loss and misuse. Your data is stored in a secure operating environment that is not accessible to the public. In certain cases, your personal data will be encrypted during transmission using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This means that communication between your computer and our servers takes place using a recognized encryption method if your browser supports SSL.
If you wish to contact us by email, we would like to point out that the confidentiality of the information transmitted cannot be guaranteed. The content of e-mails can be viewed by third parties. We therefore recommend that you only send us confidential information by post.
Right of providing information
Upon written request, we will inform you which data we have stored about you (e.g. name, address).
