The Clyde has a rich history with metre class racing, hosting the centenary of the metre rule in 2007. Now, in 2024, we celebrate significant anniversaries: 200 years for RNCYC and 150 years for MYC. With 350 years of sailing history, we're gearing up for an exciting year on the Clyde.

This is the home of the Fifes and much of the history of 8mR racing, and the event will bring back memories of 200 years of sailing in these sheltered, but challenging, waters.
